We want you to love your Stoney Colston purchase!

However, if for some reason you don’t, we are happy to offer free returns under the following conditions:

TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND (CREDIT CARD) OR EXCHANGE FOR YOUR PURCHASE, THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND MUST MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Unopened and enclosed in original packaging

    or

  • Defective/ damaged by seller

    or

  • The wrong size/ color


    If the item has been opened by the customer, the item must be in new condition and must be returned with the original receipt. Previously worn/ washed items WILL NOT receive a refund. Stoney Colston reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
